Customer Data: member records your organization's officers enter into the Service — names, contact details, dues and payment records, attendance, and related organizational records. Your organization controls this data; we process it solely to provide the Service.
Account data: officer names, emails, and login credentials for the accounts your organization creates.
Demo and contact requests: information you submit through our website forms (name, organization, email, message).
Technical data: standard server logs and security telemetry (IP addresses, timestamps) needed to operate and protect the Service.
We use data to operate the Service, support your organization, respond to inquiries, and improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share member data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not market to your members. Period.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS, access is restricted by role-based officer accounts, and encrypted backups are taken nightly and stored offsite with a separate provider. Service infrastructure and traffic protection are provided by Cloudflare; encrypted backups are stored with Backblaze; website form submissions are processed through Google services. These providers process data on our behalf and do not receive rights to use it otherwise.
Customer Data is retained while your subscription is active. After termination, your organization has 30 days to export its data, after which we may delete it. Backup copies age out of rotation within approximately 12 months.
FraternalFlow acts as a processor of member data on behalf of your organization, which remains the controller and is responsible for having appropriate authority to maintain member records. Members with questions about their data should contact their lodge or organization directly; we will assist the organization with access, correction, or deletion requests.
The application uses only functional cookies required for login sessions and security (e.g., CSRF protection). The marketing site sets no tracking cookies.
The Service is for organizational administration and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
