Our Story

Built by someone who's held the gavel.

FraternalFlow was founded by Kelvin C. Alexander — a 33° Scottish Rite Mason, Past Worshipful Master (five years), Past Illustrious Potentate, and Past Commander-in-Chief, with a master's degree in business and a career in enterprise IT and data management.

He's served as the officer digging through the records. He's prepared the annual returns. He's sat through the audits. FraternalFlow is the software he needed in those chairs — designed around how lodges, temples, courts, and councils actually operate, with the terminology and workflows a Secretary or Treasurer already knows.

Frequently Asked

Is our data locked in?

No. Every plan includes CSV/Excel export of your full membership and financial records, anytime, no questions asked. It's your lodge's data.

Is our members' information secure?

Your data is served over encrypted HTTPS, access is role-based per officer, and encrypted backups are taken nightly and stored offsite. Member records are never sold or shared.

Do our members have to pay dues online?

No. FraternalFlow works with how your lodge already collects — cash, check, or money order. Your Secretary or Recorder records the payment and the member gets an official PDF receipt. Online payment options are on the roadmap as an optional add-on.

We run on paper and spreadsheets today. How do we get our records in?

Two ways: import via CSV yourself, or use white-glove migration — send us what you have (spreadsheets, ledgers, even scans) and we set your lodge up completely, typically within a week. One-time fee of $150–$500 depending on volume.

Does it work for Shrine temples, courts, OES chapters, and other bodies?

Yes. FraternalFlow was built inside the Masonic family — Blue Lodge, Shrine, Scottish Rite, York Rite — and works for any dues-based fraternal body. The Network tier manages multiple bodies under one roof.

What if our officers aren't tech-savvy?

If your Secretary can use email, they can use FraternalFlow. Every plan includes onboarding help, and the workflows mirror the paper process officers already know.
